By placing an order on Fixly, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All orders placed on STROIT' are processed promptly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Orders are typically processed within 0–24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.

  • Once an order is successfully placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.


2. Delivery Coverage

STROIT' currently delivers to selected serviceable areas.

Delivery availability depends on:

  • Product availability

  • Service technician availability

  • Delivery partner coverage

If your address falls outside our delivery zone, the order may be cancelled and refunded automatically.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

STROIT' operates as a fast-commerce platform, aiming to deliver plumbing products and services quickly.

  • Standard delivery charge: ₹30

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive real-time updates through WhatsApp, SMS, or email notifications.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Incorrect

  • Missing from your order

Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Order ID

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

After verification, STROIT' will arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery may fail if:

  • The customer is unavailable

  • The delivery address is incorrect

  • The contact number is unreachable

In such cases, Fixly may attempt re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on the situation.


8. Service Appointments

For plumbing services booked through Fixly

  • Technicians will arrive within the selected time slot.

  • Minor delays may occur due to travel time or extended previous service jobs.

Customers will receive status updates prior to technician arrival.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch for product orders

  • Before technician dispatch for service bookings

Once the order has been dispatched or the technician has started traveling, cancellation may not be possible.
